The Panguitch House is a bed and breakfast on Center Street in downtown Panguitch, about 23 miles northwest of Bryce Canyon National Park via US-89. It occupies a warmly decorated property that suits travelers who prefer a more personal stay over a chain motel, particularly those using Panguitch as a base for multi-park itineraries — Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Zion are all within a two-hour radius.
The B&B offers several room configurations: standard Queen rooms on the second floor, Deluxe Queen rooms with two queen beds on the ground floor, and a King room in a newer barndominium addition. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with cable, private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have an outdoor dining area.
A hot breakfast is included each morning — a step above the continental spreads at chain properties nearby. The property also has barbecue facilities, a garden, laundry service, and free on-site parking. The combination of included breakfast and kitchen appliances in the rooms makes it practical for an early park departure.
Panguitch sits at roughly 6,600 feet elevation. The drive to Bryce Canyon's main entrance takes about 25 minutes on US-89 South, then UT-12 East. The town has a grocery store and several dinner options within walking distance of the B&B.

Incredible place with caring older couple that help run a great place. Clean rooms w/ good showers, and we are still thinking about the incredible breakfast we had. We stayed for 1 night and while slightly more pricy than a standard motel/inn, it was definitely a memorable experience of our trip.

Excellent experience and wonderful property. Easy to find, clean well maintained rooms with nice facilities, beds and bathroom/shower. Taller shower good for people up to 6’6” at least. Amazing included breakfast, wonderful host, and best of all super cheap! Best place we’ve stayed on our Big 5 tour, highly recommend!

Excellent B&B to stay in if you're visiting Zion and/or Bryce Canyon. Self check-in is quick and easy. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious, offering everything you need (even popcorn to enjoy while watching TV!). The homemade breakfast is the icing on the cake. Thank you to the owners; if we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay with you again!
