River Stone Inn

River Stone Inn and Gallery is a small inn and converted art studio in Tropic, about seven miles east of Bryce Canyon's entrance. Hosts Clay and Rebecca Wagstaff — both working artists — run the property out of a historic house and an adjacent studio building, giving it a character that's meaningfully different from the strip motels and chain lodges that dominate the park corridor.

There are four distinct accommodations. The Heritage and Tropic rooms occupy the original historic house, while the Studio and Walnut Tree rooms are in the converted river stone art studio.
