We stayed in Yurt 1 and my parents in yurt 2. It was amazing. It's not far from the Zion and Bryce Canyon. The Yurt are very confortable, there is everything you need. We loved it!! Thank you for the great stay!

Yurts, treehouses, stargazing cabins, and mini houses between Zion and Bryce Canyon.
East Zion Resort sits in Orderville, Utah, right in the sweet spot between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. That location alone makes it worth knowing about. You can run Zion's trails in the morning and be watching hoodoos by afternoon, with a real base camp to come home to each night.
The accommodations here aren't your standard motel rooms. You're choosing between canvas tents, yurts, treehouses, stargazing cabins, and mini houses. Each option is stocked with what you actually need: cooking gear, comfortable beds, enough space to spread out after a long day on the trail. The stargazing cabins come with skylights, which tells you everything about what the night sky looks like out here.
The resort has a pool, hot tubs, and firepits on the property. Guests mention watching sunsets from their decks and catching shooting stars without ever leaving their site. There's also a pickleball court for anyone with more energy left than the average hiker. (Most people are too tired to use it, apparently, which is a good sign the hiking is doing its job.)
Orderville puts you about 40 minutes from Zion's east entrance and a clean two-hour drive from Bryce Canyon. It's a solid anchor for a southern Utah road trip hitting multiple parks. If you're mapping out a Scenic Byway 12 loop or a Mighty Five itinerary, East Zion Resort fits naturally into the route.

Where do I start! I love this place. I can’t wait to go back. We did the glamping. The tent was nicer than most hotels I have stayed at. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was very clean and inviting. Pickleball courts! Swimming pool! Lazy River! Hot tub! Your own personal fire pit! I mean it was amazing - everything about it! Highly recommend!!

We had an incredible visit in June in Treetop 8. It was very clean and has everything in it we needed. It was convenient to both Zion NP and Bryce Canyon giving us a great middle point. The area was very quiet (not a lot to do but gorgeous!)

We love staying at East Zion resort! This was our third experience. Two times we stayed in the tiny homes. This time we stayed in Yurt #5. Plenty of room for three people. The kitchenette came with everything we needed for our meals. Perfect size fridge and freezer. Bathroom was stocked with towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer. The tub was a little high to get into but got us clean well enough. The air conditioner/heater works perfect to keep us cooled off during the day and more at night. The windows had spectacular views. The pool was very relaxing, and the staff was very accommodating. It was too windy for us to do s’mores but the outside firepit area looked very inviting. Looking forward to trying the other lodging options at East Zion Resort.
