What a great location! It was central enough to visit Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome, and Grand Staircase. Very comfortable and a super host. Would definitely stay there again.

50 acres, private river fishing, and four cabin rentals
Cottonwood Meadow Lodge sits on 50 acres along Old Hilldale Road outside Panguitch, about 25 miles northwest of Bryce Canyon. The property spreads across meadows, waterways, and private fishing waters — a fundamentally different experience from the canyon-edge lodges closer to the park entrance. It suits travelers who want space and quiet rather than a quick walk to the shuttle stop.
The lodge offers four distinct rental units, each with its own character:
All units include antique furnishings, gas barbecues, and wireless internet. Pioneer fencing ties the property together aesthetically.
The fly-fishing access is a genuine draw for anglers: the property includes a two-acre stocked pond, a three-quarter-mile private stretch of the Sevier River, and a full-service fly shop with guided trips on private waters. Few lodging options in the Bryce corridor can offer anything comparable.
The lodge operates April through October. Bryce Canyon and Zion are both within reasonable drive time for day trips. The property's meadow setting also makes it a strong base for those who want to split their time between hiking and simply being outside without the crowds of the park corridor.

Beyond Amazing! Quiet, comfy and clean. Everything we required for meal prep. Absolutely wonderful hosts Jan and Jerry who went the extra mile…Thank you both so much! Not to mention the warm welcome from Callie and Jessie, the farm kitty and canine. Highest recommendation for anyone staying near Brice or Zion.

From the moment we arrived, the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of this place put us at rest. We stayed in the Bunk House, an authentic old construction with a comfortably updated interior, and many old west details. It is in a lovely meadow, with gorgeous long views of the surrounding ridges, a stream and even a pond (in which I had a refreshing swim). The hosts are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. We have great memories of our stay with them!

We rented both the barn and the bunkhouse. Both were cozy and comfortable. Small kittens were well-equipped with appropriate supplies.
