We enjoyed our stay here. The site was massive and mostly shaded. The park is conveniently located between Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon. Red Canyon is dog friendly and much quieter.

Campground with the basics, including showers & fire pits, in a scenic setting with canyon views.
Bryce Canyon Pines Campground pulls directly off Scenic Byway 12 in Bryce Canyon City, putting it among the closest privately operated campgrounds to the park entrance. It shares a property with the Bryce Canyon Pines Motel and a gas station, making it a practical all-in-one stop for campers and RVers who want park access without the reservation crunch inside Bryce Canyon National Park itself.
The campground has 16 tent sites and 30 RV sites. RV sites come with full hookups — water, sewer, and 20/30/50-amp electric service — and pull-through pads accommodate rigs up to 40 feet. Tent sites are set among ponderosa pines and come with fire pits and picnic tables. Hot showers and restrooms are on site.
The campground's position on UT-12 is a genuine convenience: the paved Red Canyon multi-use trail is accessible directly from the property, connecting walkers and cyclists to the vivid red hoodoos of Red Canyon without driving anywhere. A gas station on site means you can top off before heading into the park. Bryce Canyon National Park's main entrance is roughly 6 miles east. The nightly fire pit setup and forested setting make this feel more like a campground than a parking lot, even with its highway-front location.

Good location when visiting Bryce Canyon. Nice campsites. I can see this would be very nice for RVs. Amenities not great for tent campers. Nowhere to wash dishes apart from potable water spigot. Men's shower did not drain well and ceiling dripping due to poor ventilation. FYI two toilets and two showers per gender for the entire campground. We left after one night despite a reservation for three.

This place was awesome. It was dirt and spots were close. But it felt like a real camp ground. It had lots of trees and fire pits. Employees were all very very nice. The other campers were even nicer. Everyone we met was so friendly. Way better than the snooty parking lot RV park the second half of my vacation. I would 100% come back.
