Upper Cottonwood Trail

Upper Cottonwood Trail is not a maintained hiking trail with its own trailhead or mile markers that we could confirm through Forest Service or BLM sources. The name most likely traces to Cottonwood Canyon or Cottonwood Wash country in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument southeast of Bryce, where paved and unpaved sections of Cottonwood Canyon Road pass slot canyons, sandstone formations, and the Lower and Upper Slickrock viewpoints between Cannonville and Highway 89.
