Tommy Water is a named spring in Kane County, on the Horse Mountain USGS topo quad, at roughly 5,650 feet elevation. Search doesn't turn up a maintained hiking trail by the name "Tommy Water Trail" — what exists in official records is the spring itself, a water source used for orientation and, historically, by grazing operations rather than a built visitor route.
