Strawberry Knolls

Strawberry Knolls is a named summit in the Dixie National Forest backcountry near Alton, rising to roughly 8,465 feet on the Colorado Plateau in Kane County. It's a low-prominence high point rather than a landmark peak — ranked well down the list among Kane County summits and Dixie National Forest peaks by prominence — and it doesn't carry a maintained trail, trailhead, or posted route.

There's no built visitor experience here: no signage, no marked distance, no facilities. It shows up on topographic and peak-listing references as a named forest high point, useful mainly as a wayfinding feature for hunters and cross-country travelers rather than as a hiking destination in its own right.
