Day Hike
Pinks Trail
A half-mile stroll from camp to Pink Cliff
(0)
About
Pinks Trail runs about a half mile from the upper end of Te-Ah Campground out to Pink Cliff, a short enough walk that it works as an evening leg-stretcher rather than a planned outing. The path climbs gently through aspen before opening onto the pale pink Claron Formation rock that gives the cliff its name — the same rock that shows up at Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon, colored by the same iron and manganese staining.
