Bunny Hop Trail
An easy connector trail on Cedar Mountain
About
Bunny Hop Trail is a short, easy doubletrack in the Brian Head/Duck Creek Village trail network — about 4,700 feet long with only around 70 feet of climbing, rated green (easiest) on Trailforks. It's built as a beginner-friendly connector rather than a marquee ride, the kind of trail you'd link into a longer loop through the area's high-elevation forest rather than treat as a destination on its own.
It works in both directions and suits hikers as well as mountain bikers looking for an easy, low-effort stretch at altitude — useful for warming up, cooling down, or introducing a newer rider to the terrain around Cedar Mountain. As with the rest of this Dixie National Forest trail system, it's multi-use land rather than National Park, so dogs and dispersed camping nearby are generally not an issue.
