Meadow Lodge Lake
A quiet backcountry water on Cedar Mountain
About
Meadow Lodge Lake is a small backcountry water in the Duck Creek Village/Cedar Mountain area of Dixie National Forest, known mainly among local anglers rather than as a signposted visitor attraction. It doesn't carry the developed shoreline, vault toilets, or marked trailhead you'll find at nearby Aspen-Mirror Lake or Navajo Lake, and there's little published trail or access information beyond its listing as a fishing water in the region.
If you're headed this way, treat it as a quiet add-on rather than a destination hike: pack out what you bring, expect no facilities, and check current Forest Service road conditions before driving in, since access on Cedar Mountain can be muddy or snow-covered outside summer and early fall. As with the rest of Dixie National Forest, this is dispersed-use land rather than National Park, so standard Forest Service rules apply.
