About

Farview Natural Bridge is an 85-foot span of red Claron Formation rock along the Bryce Canyon National Park scenic drive, about three-quarters of the way to the park's south end, between Farview Point and Agua Canyon. Despite the name, it's technically an arch carved by wind and water erosion rather than a bridge cut by a stream.

Visiting

  • Pull-off overlook at mile marker 12.25, elevation about 8,627 feet
  • Wheelchair-accessible, right next to the parking area
  • Open year-round, weather permitting

It's an easy stop on the drive rather than a hike — most visitors see it in a few minutes on the way to or from Rainbow Point and Yovimpa Point at the road's end. Winter visits mean checking current road conditions, since snow and ice affect the full length of the scenic drive at this elevation.
