Takes 3 years for anyone to take a single order. I gave up after 20 mins. This is why Mom and pop shops will never beat big companies. Customer service is non existent

Panguitch's go-to drive-in since 1957
Henrie's Drive-In has been feeding travelers and locals on Panguitch's Main Street since 1957, making it one of the oldest continuously operating drive-ins in southern Utah. It sits about 26 miles north of Bryce Canyon's entrance — a natural stop before or after a long day on the canyon trails.
The menu stays classic: burgers, hand-dipped onion rings, crispy fries, and thick milkshakes. The Chubby Cheese burger is the signature item locals point newcomers toward. Grandma's original recipes still inform the menu — nothing fancy, just reliable fast food done the same way for decades. Meals run in the single-digit-dollar range, making this one of the more affordable stops in the Panguitch corridor.
Hours: Monday–Wednesday 11 AM–7 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM–8 PM; closed Sundays. Plan accordingly — if you're heading back from Bryce on a Sunday evening, this stop won't be open. Service is drive-in style with outdoor seating available; it's not a sit-down restaurant. The parking lot on Main Street is easy to pull in and out of, which matters when you're towing a trailer or hauling gear from the park.
Panguitch is the largest service town between Bryce Canyon and I-15, so Henrie's fills a real gap for travelers who want a hot meal without driving to a full-service restaurant. Portions are generous for the price, and the milkshakes are worth the stop on a hot afternoon.
